President Bashar al-Assad issued on Saturday Law No.3 for the year 2008 on companies.
The law includes 227 articles that lay down the legal framework of the various economic and trade activities of all forms of companies.
The law will be published in the Official Gazette and will be enforced starting from 01.04.2008. |
